Jessi’s Story
Jessi is proud to be part of the third generation at Springfield Builders, Inc. Her career in construction began in high school, spending summers helping with various office tasks. After exploring other industries, she ultimately returned to SBI in 2019, where she found her passion for the construction industry and has continued to grow in her career.
Driven by her desire to learn more about the technical and management aspects of construction, Jessi enrolled at Missouri State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Construction Management. She enjoys applying what she learns in the classroom to real-world projects at SBI.
At home, Jessi stays busy with her daughter and their three dogs. In her free time, she loves visiting Wonders of Wildlife and spending time outdoors with family.
