Lanae’s Story
Lanae Bettes began her rewarding career in the construction industry in 2007 when she joined Branco Enterprises, Inc. in contract administration. Prior to that, she served as an office manager for a commercial sheet metal and HVAC contractor, where she honed her organizational and administrative skills—laying the foundation for her current role.
At Branco Enterprises, Lanae provides essential daily administrative and operational support to the project management team. Known for her reliability and steady presence, she takes pride in being a trusted resource for her colleagues. Collaboration is at the heart of her work, and she values being part of a team built on trust, transparency, and shared success. Through her involvement with NAWIC, Lanae is dedicated to fostering that same positive and empowering environment for other women in construction.
