Megan’s Story
Megan Herzog serves as the Executive Director for the Springfield Contractors Association. She has a background in workforce development, marketing, communications, and public relations. Megan grew up in the Springfield Area where she received her Bachelors in Marketing Management and Masters in Business Administration from Missouri State.

NAWIC has given me the opportunity to meet other women in the construction industry. Understanding career opportunities for women in all aspects of construction enables me to better represent the industry and recruit women in my position at the SCA.
