Jessi’s Story
Jessi is a third generation family member at Springfield Builders, Inc. In high school, she began working for SBI through summer breaks doing odds and ends jobs. She made a few attemps at finding her place in other industries, but finally convinced her father to hire her on a part-time trial basis in 2019. She was promoted to full-time in 2020.
After realizing this was the industry she wanted to be in, she decided to further her efforts and enrolled at Missouri State University majoring in Construction Management. At home, she lives with her boyfriend, two step-kids, and four dogs. Her favorite pastime is to spend hours at Wonders of Wildlife!
