Charlyce’s Story
Charlyce’s professional background includes more than 30 years in the commercial and residential construction industry. Charlyce began her construction career working with job costing and scheduling in the commercial construction world in Seattle, Washington.
For more than 20 years, Charlyce served in many capacities at the Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield, eventually leading as CEO. During her time at the HBA, Charlyce was instrumental in creating Build My Future, a one day interactive construction career day for high school students.
Charlyce joined the Associated General Contractors of Missouri in 2020 as the District Representative for Southwest Missouri and is focused on member engagement, membership growth and continues to promote career opportunities in the construction industry.
Charlyce’s husband, Jeff, is employed with the City of Springfield at the Springfield-Branson Airport. Jeff collects and restores antique tractors and steam engines, and is active with the Early Days Gas Engine & Tractor Association, The Steam Engine Association and the Model T Heart of America club.
