2025 Rosebud Award Recipient – Jessi Looney

The Rosebud Award is meant for an outstanding woman in construction who has been in the industry for less than ten years. Jessi is a Project Coordinator at Springfield Builders, Inc. and currently serves as the NAWIC Southwest Missouri #366 Chapter Vice President. She is also our Social Media & Marketing Chair and Block Kids Chair. Jessi is a student at Missouri State University pursing her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
