Each year NAWIC’s Southwest Missouri Chapter accepts nominations for the NAWIC Woman of the Year Awards. There are two awards: The Vesta Award and the Rosebud Award.
Rosebud Award
The Rosebud Award recognizes a woman who has been employed 10 years or less in the construction field.
Vesta Award
The Vesta Award recognizes a woman who has been employed 10 years or more in the construction field.
Do you know of an outstanding woman in construction that is deserving of these awards! If so, nominate them today!
Nominations are scored on a points system. It is encouraged to nominate women involved in the following:
- Community Involvement
- Construction Association Membership(s)
- Participation in Workforce Development
- Achievement or Advancement in Present Job or Field
